The Management Committee

Heathcot pre-school is a registered charity and therefore the Pre-School is ran by a voluntary Management Committee which is composed of parents of children at pre-school, both present and past. This ensures that decision-making is in the hands of the people using the group and living in the local area. 

We would like more parents on our committee, if you are interested in becoming a member please speak to a member of staff. The committee is responsible for:

▪ Managing the setting's finances.

▪ Employing and managing the staff.

▪ Making sure that the setting has, and works to, policies that help it to provide a high-quality service.

▪ Making sure that the setting works in partnership with the children's parents.
